  1. What data do we process?

The Portal offers several options related to job searching; registration for different job offers, alert settings for employment and training, newsletters, access to information and notifications.

All data provided by Users through the Portal are processed and stored. All necessary data are collected to ensure access to all services and function of the portal, from a multichannel environment, as well as to respond to requests for information that users voluntarily send through the contact form.

(i) The identification data provided by the User when completing the registration process in general, and an electronic contact, in particular.

(ii) In the event that the user chooses the option of Social Login for registration, the data that the user authorises to share through the selected Social Network.

(iii) Data of the curriculum vitae of registered users.

(iv) Data that Danobat can obtain through statistical inference.

(v) IP address and information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies.

  1. What does the User consent to when he/she provides his/her data?

Data are processed to:

  1. Allow users to browse the website and access all its contents.
  2. Allow users to register and sign up for different job offers.
  3. Keep users informed about issues of interest to them.
  4. Ensure the availability and security of information.

The user expressly accepts the processing of the data provided in order to be able to use the Portal, access all functions, contact the customer service area, make queries, as well as to interact with the Portal in any way possible and manage the available settings.

The data will be processed by Danobat as long as the User uses the Service. When the User’s account has not shown any activity for a period of over twelve (12) months, Danobat will delete the account as it considers the particular profile out of date and that it compromises the quality of the personal data.

  1. Can the user object to receiving notifications?

Receiving notifications is voluntary. The User can request to be sent notifications by authorising their consent on registration or otherwise oppose the processing of their data for these purposes at any time by contacting us at danobat@danobat.com. The user may also opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the notifications sent to you.

  1. Are any of the data shared with third parties?

If governmental authorities, such as law enforcement agencies, Judges and/or Courts, request or require information or for other legal reasons, Danobat will communicate the formally requested data to such third parties.

All Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of their personal data, by writing to the Danobat Corporate Centre specified in the first paragraph of this Policy, or to danobat@danobat.com

Danobat guarantees that appropriate security measures in its facilities, systems and files have been adopted. All the technical means at its disposal have been established to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data provided by the user through the Portal, thus ensuring its integrity and confidentiality.

  1. What if the user is a minor?

The use of the Portal is not allowed to minors. At the time of registration and by expressly accepting this privacy policy, the user declares to be of legal age.
