Data controller

The data provided shall be processed by "DANOBAT - HEMBRUG."

Purpose

Persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt om uw sollicitatie voor werk of andere lopende processen te verwerken en, indien van toepassing, u in staat te stellen te solliciteren op een functie bij DANOBAT - HEMBRUG of andere bedrijven binnen dezelfde groep zoals gedefinieerd door handelsrecht.

Duration

De gegevens die voor dit doel worden verwerkt, worden bewaard gedurende de duur van het selectieproces en na afloop daarvan bewaren we ze voor 48 maanden als u ons uw toestemming geeft om contact met u op te nemen voor andere selectieprocessen.

Lawful basis

De wettelijke basis voor de verwerking is de uitvoering van precontractuele maatregelen op verzoek van de kandidaat of, in het geval van niet-succesvolle kandidaten, hun toestemming voor de opslag van hun curriculum vitae.

Recipients

De gegevens kunnen worden overgedragen aan de volgende derden: Overheidsinstanties om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen. Ze kunnen ook worden overgedragen aan de volgende categorieën van verwerkers: aanbieders van elektronische communicatie en online kantoorautomatisering, hostingproviders, SaaS-aanbieders (bijv. CRM/ERP), managers, accountants, auditors en advocaten. Sommige van deze verwerkers kunnen zich buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte bevinden, in welk geval DANOBAT - HEMBRUG vooraf passende gegevensbeschermingsmaatregelen heeft genomen.

Rights

U kunt te allen tijde uw recht op toegang, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking van verwerking, bezwaar of gegevensoverdraagbaarheid uitoefenen via de e-mail die u hebt ontvangen na het solliciteren op een vacature.

Obligations of the Candidate

The Candidate is responsible for the personal data of third parties that may be included in files owned by DANOBAT - HEMBRUG. In this regard, the Candidate must obtain the prior explicit consent of such third parties, after having informed them of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. The Candidate undertakes to hold harmless DANOBAT - HEMBRUG from any possible claims, fines or penalties to which it may be subject as a result of the Candidate’s noncompliance with the duty described in this paragraph.

The Candidate is also obliged to hold harmless DANOBAT - HEMBRUG from any possible claims, fines or penalties to which it may be subject as a result of the Candidate’s breach of this Privacy Policy.
